About this tool

Make fancy text you can copy and paste

This fancy text generator rewrites what you type in 14 different Unicode styles at once. The results are not images or fonts — they are real Unicode characters, so you can paste them into social media bios, usernames, chat messages and documents.

How to use it

  1. Type or paste your text in the Your Text box.
  2. Every style updates instantly in the list below.
  3. Click Copy next to the style you like and paste it wherever you need it.

How it works

Unicode contains special “mathematical” alphabets, circled and fullwidth letters, and small letter variants. The generator swaps each normal letter for its look-alike in the chosen set. For example, the letter A (U+0041) becomes bold 𝐀 (U+1D400). Characters a style does not cover, such as most punctuation, are left unchanged.

Available styles

StyleWhat it changes
Bold, Double Struck, MonospaceLetters and digits
Italic, Bold Italic, Script, FrakturLetters only
CircledLetters and digits 0–9
SquaredLetters (lowercase becomes squared capitals)
Wide / FullwidthAll visible ASCII characters, including punctuation
Small Caps, SuperscriptLetters (Superscript also digits; there is no superscript “q”)
Strikethrough, UnderlineAdds a combining line to every character

Tips

  • Some apps and older phones lack fonts for these characters and show empty boxes instead. Test on the platform where you will post.
  • Screen readers may read styled letters oddly or not at all, so avoid them for important information.
  • Styled text is not searchable as normal words, which matters for names and hashtags.

Frequently asked questions

Will the fancy text work on Instagram or Facebook?

Usually yes, because the output is plain Unicode text. How it looks depends on the fonts of the device that displays it.

Why do some letters look unstyled or show as a box?

A few styles do not have a matching character for every letter, and some devices cannot display the rarer characters. Try another style if one letter looks wrong.

Is my text sent anywhere?

No. The conversion happens in your browser as you type.
